    i hate it when you there are issues that you can notice an no1 else. Cuz you still see it an get pissed.

    that's what happened when i installed my 3g eclipse Carbon-Hood. Needed a freind to help me lift that heavy shit and then all i needed was myself for the carbon hood. lol

    not that i don't believe you but did you just put it on a scale or something? I've been curious about the weight for a while, that's all

    ya i just used a scale, hopped on, checked what it said, grabbed the hood, then took the difference. simple

    thank you. i've always wanted to know. especially once all the carbon hood started flying out.

    did you notice the car had a much easier turn-in? like going into and taking turns? i noticed that right away from my 3g eclipse. take off was easier, turning was easier, the steering wheel didnt have to be turned as hard....stuff like that

    can't really say i noticed much, other than the people drooling on the sidewalks. lol

    i don't think it made that muc of a difference performance wise other than maybe the colder air gettin in to the SRI

    that just means there's not that much of a weight diff then. at least compared to my 3g. maybe that hood was just that much damn heavier that it seemed like a dropped alot of weight.

    still looks nice though

    Looks great CC! Really looks good with the blue.

    Are those 6000K HID's and where abouts in Edmonton are you? Would love to check that hood out in person. 8)

    Their 8000k and they're amazing.

    I actually live in leduc but it's close enough to the city that i say i live there. plus my buddy lives off the yellowhead so i'm usually in and out.

    We'll have to meet up some time, or even get a good meet started up.[/quote]

    Leduc eh? Cool, I work in Nisku, and go down to Leduc sometimes for lunch. Also in a electric blue GTS with 5000K on the front, so that'll be me if you ever spot me. :D

    ya i think i seen you around, i work at the can tire in leduc so mine's always sittin in the parking lot.

    Saturday i'm puttin my rims back on and givin a much needed wash. Gonna take alot of pics that day. I'll post a couple on this thread and a whole bunch on my cardomain page so check it out come saturday evening.

    Looks sexy. Only thing I dislike is how the lines arnt lining up where it comes to Hood and Front bumper, but i think thats just the hood itself. Cant get it 100% accurate but o well its sexy anyhow!
