    So i was bored today and i had this idea floating around, so i decided to try it out to see if i can make it work.

    I know they're not the greatest but i finally got the lighting set up right in the garage, and my camera died so until next time this is what you get

    Thats pretty sick. I got the same thing but the other day it stopped working and the wires were really hot. Right now it is unplugged but when i try it and plug it in the wires get hot immediately after i flip the switch. Does anyone know whats wrong with it?

    lol...i was gna do that soon too. How did you wire the lights? I wanted to wire them to the dome light so everytime I unlock the door the grill lights would come on. Is that how you did it or just straight to a switch

    It's judt wired to a switch under the hood for the moment, until i figure out what i wanna wire it to. The dome light sounds like a good idea, i'd need a bit of help tho

    Choking: If you can find a wiring diagram or something like that let me know. I don't want to have my grill light on all the time.

    When I was leaving class one night I thought it would be cool looking to have my grill light up when I unlock the door.

    i have my neons set to a alarm remote. its bad ass, i can turn my neons on from 25 feet away [​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]

    when u take photos try using a quicker shutter... like set it to... moving objects... that'll make it take the picture quicker so even if u do move the camera, it won't look so blury like that cuz of the light =)... just some info for when taking pics of lights ;)

    you might need to get a fuse for it...dont know what kind though...i think its 10amp...i think ok, dont assume its right...

    do you know how to wire the lights to the dome light? So when you unlock your car the lights come on? I've been looking everywhere for this method

    just a guess... maybe bring the wiring over to the inside some how and wire it to the fise for the dome light? idk just a guess... though u'd probably end up blowing that fuse... and i wouldn't have the slightest idea on how to wire that XD... just throwing out ideas ^_^
