My dealer (well mine as in where I got my '08 from) is bringing them in about 2 weeks! damn, I can't wait to go see it

Sigh, I wanna have my wife keep my '08 only If i could afford the EVO... but I'm all tight up as of now

Very nice but I don't know about swaping the seats, I would rather swap the engine then the seats.

 

i checked the evo out here at my local dealership, and they had all the new evos indoors, someone jacked the rims, and side skirts of an evo the 1st night it was there lol

 

i talked to the salesman who sold me my 03 lancer and my 08lancer and he said he was gonna try and get me a test drive in the evo. i cant wait!!!!

 

that would be cool, usually they only do that to 'serious' buyers

 

They say that even if there are only 70 miles on it, the buyer knows that those are 70 Hard miles on the car, and people don't like that :argue:

can't wait either, still waiting for those damn EVO'S here in east coast (NJ).
but having doubts on trading my '08 GTS, too much money i think and haven't seen or heard any MR's out yet only GSR's anywhere.

plus i didn't know they relocate the batteries and windshield washers in the trunk, how cool is that DAMN!!!!

 

mehh.. i would do some reasearch before saying that.... there are companies around already like AMS and AGP with X's already doing 345awhp with basic bolt-ons WITHOUT tuning... i used to think that the evo was really over rated and over priced.. im starting to change my mind

I agree with serious, it is actually disappointing. i drove the X and wasnt really feeling it. Seats were very comfortable, pulled hard, rides on rails but it seemed slow, even in the drivers seat. I hang out and ride and drive with IX and boosted 2g eclipses and I can say those were better then the X. The turbo is covered, the engine cover pops off, no slotted/drilled brakes and seems heavy like the 3000 gt. IMO.
