I have a 2003 Yellow Lancer Rally Edition. I was thinking about powdercoating my rims black. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions? I would love to hear your thoughts. Has anyone done this to their car?
use the deck of cards trick take your time its an all day project did mine bronze/gold recently and it came out pretty nice
i got my rims profesionally painted custom toyota shadow mica. looks really nice. i did it this way cuz i didnt want just a flat color/shade, i wanted something to pop out of it and the metalic color in it looks really nice. check them out in my thread.

that was cheesy haha... anyways, at hot import nights, there was a guy saying that he powder coats the rims, valve covers and such for 80 bux each... he had demos there and they looked bad ass.. i think thats the correct price for it.. any paint shop should be able to do it... have you posted pics of your ride already?
