Lancer w/ 17's

    Anyone got pics of an ES/sport with 17inch wheels?
    I'm thinking about it.

    No but a GTS comes with 18s, so think somewhere in between where you are now and that!

    17's look way too small on the lancer. i had some on mine for a bit. they don't fill up the wheel well and looks like a big ass guy with little ass feet

    lower it afterwards and it should be fine... i tihnk.... taht's what im planning on doing.... once i sell my GTS wheels that is...

    Those look nice. I was thinking about 17's and not 18's because they're cheaper, I don't want to deal with low profile tires, and heavier gas & braking.

    i'm installing a set of 17" mb weapons on my ES tomorrow, i'll try to post pictures

    17s with at least a 45 (tall) tire lowered with the megans should be fine... anything past 45 would look like the DE with hubcaps :cry:

    in retrospect i might have gone with 18's, but i think they look pretty good. what do you guys think?

    *edit* forgot to mention i got RRM GRIP springs installed too 8)

    Not to bad man i think the drop really helped out the look. If you hadent done the drop it would have looked funky.

    new rims look bigger than stock? they are.

    Stock, ES has 16" wheels. He went to 17.

    yea i went from 16" to 17". i thought they were kinda small at first, but they've really really grown on me. i love em now

    but if you're thinking about getting a set, you NEED to drop it. otherwise it'll look really goofy

    that looks really good props man. I have a new set of 205 45 R17 with 35 offset & doing TEIN coliovers along with them. Any opinions?
