So...I hear theChive is coming out here to san-dog to party it up this weekend...I will be rocking my BFM 3D edition, hopefully running into fellow chivers

 

Just got done with a marathon session of Diablo III...

 

Well....They accepted my offer on the house. 116k with seller paying closing. Not too shabby, considering the original list price on the house was 143k. Signed the papers yesterday...now just the waiting game for 20-35 days for all the closing paperwork and shit. One thing that I DO like about living here in small town Alabama....housing prices are super low compared to the majority of the country. I know a lot of you guys are saying '116k? That place must be tiny and a shithole'...not the case. Three bedroom, three bath, livingroom, diningroom, two car garage, den with a bar, back deck....great.

That's like the one we bid on. 122k and it's a 3 bed, 2 bath, back deck, pretty big lot. About 1600 sq ft. Congrats, man. Hopefully everything else goes well for you.

 

Word. 200k around here is 5+ bedroom on a decent lot.

 

Sitting at my desk, working on tha last of today's operations paperwork. Farted. Actually had to get up and walk away. I have offically teargassed myself this morning. ha

Well im officially bored right. Dont have another job until 10 and it should only take 45 mins. Today is gonna be a slow day. I wish i brought my desktop. Id be playing diablo or league of legends right now.

And the bar...is a true "wet" bar. Wash sink, ice bin, rail trays, etc....and best believe there is going to be one hell of a housewarming.

 

So I get to visit both of yalls houses next year right?
