I'm hoping mine dosent go into that. I threw in a very reasonable offer, but also asking them to pay closing. If they say no tithe closing costs, I'll just say "ok" and lower my offer onthe house. I really want this thing though...only about a mile from my current and it has a bar in it. A second den with A FUCKING BAR...and that den leads right out to its own deck over he backyard. Stoked about it.

As soon as my wife finishes school, and gets a job, its off to the races to start a house fund. For now, just creeping along.....

Spent last weekend in Vancouver, British Columbia. Gotta say, that city is AWESOME. Wish I could have taken some pics of all the nice rides for you guys. High-end BMWs are the cheapest cars you'll find. I saw hundreds of Mercedes, dozens of Porsches, some Lamborghinis, and a couple GTR R35s. Even saw a Maserati GranTurismo and Ferrari 458. The city is absolutely gorgeous and was a lot of fun. If you ever get the chance to go, trust me, TAKE IT.

You mentioning all those cars reminds me that I see a Maserati Quattroporte very often. I'm pretty sure they own a jewelry shop that I pass a lot. One of my favorite cars.
