    I just went to Bodykits.com to check if they had any new parts for the '08 Lancer and come to find out they have made a Limited Edition EVO X CF Kit that includes CF EVO X Hood, Front Bumber, Rear Bumber, Side Skirts, Fenders, and CF R-Spec Spoiler. Everything looks really good and done very well. I dont know how to post pix here or i would, but go to the site and check it out. The only thing thats going to hurt your eyes is the price tag of $3750 on sale, WOW!!! 8O

    yeah but thats not the $750 body kit, the picture is the $3750 kit....lol

    oh and im getting the $750 kit, but my trunk is on back order. if anyone knows where i can get a CF trunk at let me know. i dont want to have to wait for a OEM Trunk.

    point is i bought my car way before the EVO is coming out and the EVO is still not out. so you tell me, how am i suppose to buy a car thats not released yet??? lol.

    it's more fun having just the lancer then EVOLVING it...that's why i got into tuning...if you buy the EVO, what fun will you get from that? if you have a lancer and do work on it to make it an EVO then you get more props! :D

    lol but anyone who knows cars knows we won't ever have "evos". Unless we go AWD. If we don't, all we have is Turbo'd Lancers.

    we can try as hard as we want to make it LOOK like an evo. but it won't ever be one. realistically :D

    all i got to say is "I have the foundation of building an EVO and when someone wrecks there EVO, ill be at the junkyard buying every part that I can salvage".....lol.

    p.s.
    and I know what parts are different between the models and I know what exactlly needs to be done to convert the Lancer into an EVO. and all in all, if I ever convert my car, my insurance wont sky rocket as if I had a real EVO.

    From the pictures it doesn't look like the kit has a very clean fit.

    i would get that kit but way 2 xpensive and i dont think i need that much cf

    and the person who said y not just get an evo

    INSURANCE :lol: :lol: insurance is way 2 xpensive for an evo compared to a regular lancer.... o and pricing

    If it was all carbon fiber it would be sweet for the weight savings and the strength, but its probably just fiberglass with a thin layer of carbon fiber over it.
