Hey I'm from Montreal, Canada Got new lancer a month ago, 2010 Wicked White manual transmission. Here's a few things I did to it. Tints Plastidip chrome grill and bumper cap: VLIP and Rallyarmor mudguards Need some HIDs and I'll be good for a while.
I thought about it but we get a lot of snow in canada and even with the lip I think I'll shovel enough snow for the city come winter. BTW I installed JRox's harness, and a 35W 5k HID kit. And man.. they are brigher.. but the hue is 8O . It's green!? I don't have a pic of what it reflects on the street, i'll take one. Anyone else got a green hue/effect when installing 5K hids? I'm defintenly buying 6k bulbs. Here's a pic of the plastidip-ed lip and the HIDs.
Alright, this is what happened.. I ordered 5ks, and they shipped me these funky looking bulbs: ... which glow like this: So I decided to drive to hid store not too far from Montreal and bought 6ks: And true enough, they're what i wanted. Big difference when compared next to each other : So anyway all that to say they shipped me 3ks with a 5k sticker on them... bastards..
It was on ebay, a Singapore parts store., Officially it's called the scorpion V-lip. I know RRm sells one that looks exactly the same but it's called something else. Price isnt a big difference. Shipping cost me 150$, the part cost me 150$ on ebay.
