    Dammit I know this will happend one day, I did told them to move that damm pole!!!!!!!!! Well at least I know that when I lost my power it wasn't because of my porn download. :drunken: :drunken: on the other hand I'm glad you and your friend are ok.

    Alchol related..... Ha! .054 baby! No DUI for me.

    I can tell you alcohol wasn't directly involved.
    Let's just say I was in a hurry and it didn't work out so well.
    I took a road that i was unfamilar with, came up on a curb slid and lost control.
    As far as how fast and if I made air, I honestly don't know. It happened fast, 65 is what the cop guestimated.
    I was only charged with failure to control.

    As far as the electric pole, I would imagine the insurance will cover that.
    That is what I pay for full coverage for.
    They are trying to dick me around on my car though, they said they were only gonna give me 15,500 for it.
    I told them they need to come up with a better offer.

    I don't exactly know it's worth but I paid over 22k for it and it had quite a few upgrades.
    32k miles
    Well maintained
    Viper security/auto start
    Evo x body kit
    Injen intake
    Hks exhaust
    New battery
    New tires

    I expect a loss, no doubt about that. But the car blue books for 17,285 and the insurance acts like that doesn't mean shit.
    I told them if it didn't go up I'll get a lawyer to handle the situation.

    I'll be honest 15k is about right. It;s not going to get much better then that. the upgrades are only covered if you call and tell your insurance company about them. Other then that OEM is all that would be covered whether in the car or not... unfortunately, insurance has the last word. Good Luck and always buckle up!!

    Yeah the insurance company is going to front the money to the city for the repairs but you will pay for it in the long run with higher premiums...and trust me that won't be a cheap repair for the city lol

    They don't care what the situation is, if your the only car involved or at fault you are responsible for damage to city property.
