I swear...I really wonder what some people are thinking. Not that I'm in the market, but I came across two sets of 5-point harnesses. Both sets are Takata...for 450.oo. One harness expired in 2008 and the other in 2011. IF A HARNESS IS EXPIRED, IT IS USELESS!!! You cannot use them on the street, on the dragstrip, or in any SCCA or NASA sanctioned event. All you can do with these are put them in the car for looks. Why in the hell is someone going to pay 450 dollars for a useless harness, when you can buy NEW, LEGAL sets for anywhere between 200 and 400 bucks?

Fucking stupid, greedy people.

 

Anyone else see the notice from the feds? lol

 

I saw that on the "other" site too. I looked, read, and said the hell?? no need. you can get them reinspected from takata at a cost though. not worth it when yea you can buy a new set for basically the same damn price.
