anyone else been playing mw3 lately?

 

I didn't even buy that game. I don't plan on it either...

 

i might get that game for pc if they have it on steam, i mostly play pc games, my consoles are sitting on the table collecting does and also the controllers too lol

 

I got it last Tuesday after work and played 2 or 3 matches that day. Since then I've been doing things with my girlfriend and then we left for MS Thursday, but got to play a little Thursday. I'm liking it thus far. Seems a lot like MW2, but a lot more customization. I plan on having a good time with it like I did with MW2.

 

yeah its deff a decent game worth quite a bit of playtime idk why some people are all anti mw3 lol

 

I know. Seems like everyone is bashing Call of Duty games lately. Haters gonna hate.

 

I'm just tired of buying call of duty every year for like 2 or 3 new things, i understand that everyone else enjoys it, but after buying the last 3 cod games that released and there not being much difference, the cost of all the additional map packs, and the whole "call of duty elite" it's just starting to seem like a ripoff to me.

I'm just tired of playing decent matches (11-2, 17-3, etc), and when I decide to use some double XP stuff.....seems I play like a fresh noob.

 

It's no worse than any sports games, or a lot of other game franchises really. Same exact thing every year, but everyone still goes out and buys it. Once they find something people will keep buying every single year, they're going to keep doing the same thing. Put out what sells.

 

I got MW3. Didn't think I would right away, but I've enjoyed it. Seems a whole lot more polished and refined. The multiplayer feels familiar but different at the same time. And I like all the new unlocks and the system in general. I don't really like any of the maps though. Like, any of them. At all.

 

I agree with just about everything. Only problem I have is the connections seem kind of bad right now. Don't know if it's just me or if it's everyone. Agree with the maps part too. None of them are really amazing yet, unlike cod4. Holy crap. Every map was sick. Except Countdown. Fuck a Countdown. I never curse, but it deserves it.

^ This. It's not that I miss it, because I still play it, I just miss it being the newest thing and having IW actually pay attention to it to prevent hackers and such.

 

I absolutely love it. I love it so much I have a day and a half logged lol

Didn't use any double xp. I'm saving my prestige tokens to carry over the mp7 and i bought one of the titles/emblem combo things. And saving the other one.
