    It comes stock with a bypass valve that recycles the air back into the intake.

    Update: I should be at 1,000 miles by the end of tomorrow (I know, quick). Almost time to consider which mod I want first. Still dunno. Other than tint, which'll be pretty soon, 'cause I got the dealership to throw it in free.

    You pretty much out of the break in period now so you should the RA become more responsive. Now that your at 1000 miles drive hard so the ECU can learn how you drive.

    For Mods i would start slow dont jump right into modding the engine yet give it sometime to settle. Some good tint or a shorty antenna would be a great place to start.

    Thanks for the advice! That's kinda what I was thinking also. I'm at almost 1,200 miles now and I've been slowly driving harder and harder the past week. As for mods, I'm gonna get some tint done very soon and possibly put the shorty from my GTS on.

    I'm definitely gonna do tint ASAP, but as for any other mods, I'm gonna take my sweet time. But when the time comes, I've decided a blow-off valve will probably be my first mod.

    I don't know if anyone has touched on this subject yet with you but you want to keep a recirculation valve and not get a vta (vent to air or rather blow off valve). Only reason why you would want a bov is if your car can't handle the high boost on a bad tune or something. You loose hp since your stock and start vta. All the boost isn't recycled and thus a loose in hp. And you will feel it as well. Just some words of advice. But if you plan on this just being a fun daily then go for it. I like loud bovs. That's where my rice resides at.

    So I'm off to Japan for a while (I'm sitting in Sea-Tac airport as we speak). My baby is gonna be all alone for a couple weeks. I'm gonna make a bunch of cash overseas, so I'll probably start my modding when I come back in October.
