Mobil 1 5w 30

    Is anyone using this in their 4g94s and having burnoff? I'm losing roughly a quart every 1000 miles

    I run 20w50. its thick, and stays cooler. I would try using some Lucas oil treatment...thick as hell, and helps the valve seals...

    I think I use 10w30. Whatever's usually on sale. Lol.

    Well, considering I was almost at 10k miles on the oil change (stupid me to let the oil change go that long). So I figure I burnt off alot of the shitty oil that was just about completely consumed. so far I've driven 200 miles on the new oil and nothing has burned

    i have almost 110xxx on mine, use full synthetic 5w-30 everytime, no problems yet

    Thanks for the feedback man. I think I was just low because I was running on 10k this last change. I think another seafoam is needed now. I have alot of ticking in the valves.

    I use Synthetic Royal Purple 5w20, that's what's recommended for the 09 GTS

    no offense to what your doin jog but i would never turbo a 4g94. their too slow. but i still love my car.

    This is true. But you can be at 235 stable and still be good on the tranny. Sure I can buy something with those hp number but im broke and anything to make me track worthy without dropping major cash is fine by me
