forge wga has stripped bolts at top. WTF!? Now I have to buy a new one or drill the current bolts out and rethread. I don't want to have to do that. Why cant I get the easy job for a change. now I'm out another $200.

Yea it does considering its the last of 3 pieces I NEED to finish. Ive got the downpipe and evo battery tray on the way in the mail. And I dont need the fuel pump just yet but will buy it in a few weeks. Ive got the intake pipe and just paid speedcorps for the manifold. He said it should be here by friday but there are chances. He just ordered the forge 5-10 psi spring but now i dont have the waste gate actuator to put it in. FML. Ive already got the time off from work to. So i have till the end of the week to get the rest of my parts. Take lesson guys. Make sure you have all the parts first before you take time off from work.

here is the pic of the forge wga

They dont look that bad but trust me. Ive got the right size and the size above and its turns even with massive pressure applied and it doesnt fit just yet until I have stripped the others.

Put my yellow calipurs on the other weekend. Forgot to take pics. Here is one. I have to clean my older ones up and paint those as well. Tint in 2 weeks and maybe putting the wing back on. Also, thinking about blackin out the wheels. Thats a big maybe. Depends on the color set I choose.

Calipers look good. Definitely liking the headlights and black rims might look pretty good.

So here is an update on the turbo kit. All I need now is a wideband (going to get the innovate lc-1 with xd-16 gauge off ebay for $250), another staight pipe with o2 bung (rrm's straight pipe doesnt bolt up correctly with evo downpipe. One of the flanges is 90 degrees in the opposite direction), and a push/pull slim fan from ebay. Then im set to put it all on and start tuning. gonna get all that tomorrow hopefully. I dont think i need the fan just yet but i have heard that it is highly recommended. so a total of $320.

Just bought everything except the straight pipe. I'm at a crossroad on it. Keep and use or sell. If it doesnt sell by the time I get my parts then I will keep it.

Ordered foglights for the lancer. Already received the wiring harness. Just waiting on the bulbs and projector lamps. Too bad I have to take my front bumper off again to install them. Well I don't have to but I have to remove my crash bar for the turbo install and might as well do it now. Turbo install in t-minus 45 days. Will put up pic and everything for you guys. Gonna be an all day job from what I hear and have read. Shaun, you should come down and help with the install. Lol

Got a front strut bar. The rear one should be here saturday. And yes you can feel the difference in the cornering at higher speeds. Only thing left to do now is a paint job on the valve cover to make it gloss blue and add that turbo on. Its a complete kit now. Just need the time to install it.

Strut bar looks good. Where'd you get it from? I've always been wondering if those ebay strut bars are worth it.

Yea I got it from ebay. I will post the link of the seller later. It seems pretty sturdy so far. Only problem I have is my cruise control. Because of the torque the engine moves up and back and the cruise control unit hits that bar. I just have to move the bar back so it wont hit. It makes going around big intersection corners more fun. Its not as sloppy when you turn in it.

I pulled back my trunk lining the other day, and noticed there wasn't a hole on either side for where a strut bar would go, if I remember correctly. Is it just because mine's an ES? Doesn't really bother me, just kind of curious. And, I'm almost positive there weren't cut outs for them.

I had to remove the trunk lining to get to it. You should have it.

Maybe so, I just can't really remember too well. That's not what I was paying attention to when I was in there. I was trying to see if I could get to my dent to pop it out or something, but I couldn't. :/
