Memberships/Spam accounts

I think the memberships should be subject to approval first. I don't know how it is now. But when one signs up they should not be allowed to post until an admin/mod sends them an approval email. Then 2 forms of approval should be done. One for picture the other for sound. Although there could be a deaf person who really likes cars but I dont know the likelihood of that happening. But Its quite possible. So that may not be good for discrimination purposes.

Also, links within signatures should be banned until they reach 100 post not unless they are a vendor of course. Or links in general. I know before you can read things and post in all areas before you reached 50 post. Im not too sure how it is now. I can make a test account and see what all I can do that disregard the rules such as images before 50 post or postin in the f/s, wtb thread area.
